Tony Nicholas, head of Knight Frank’s Global Corporate Services business based in London is resigning from the partnership.

Nicholas has been with Knight Frank for over 25 years, beginning in office agency in London and then, after a short break, returning to set up the firm’s office in Cardiff and subsequently Bristol. He will leave the business later in the Spring.

John Snow, head of commercial at Knight Frank, said: “Tony has been a great asset to the firm and delivered in a variety of different ways.  I wish him every success in the next stage of his career.  Knight Frank’s GCS and tenant rep business remains an important contributor to the firm’s global credentials”.

Nicholas added: “I have had a fantastic time at Knight Frank and feel privileged to have worked for such a great firm but I felt the time was right at this stage in my career to pursue other challenges.  I look forward to keeping in touch with the many close friends I have made with Knight Frank over the years.”

Knight Franks’ GCS teams are aligned with its US partner Newmark Grubb Knight Franks’ GCS business to offer a global platform operating under the brand Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Global Corporate Services.

Nicholas, previously head of the Knight Frank Bristol office which he joined ten years after setting up the Cardiff office in 1997, was promoted in 2012 to head up the GCS EMEA team in London

He has a background as both a broker and consultant for a range of occupiers, as well as being involved in a number of high profile developments throughout the country.
