West End office agency, Bluebook has recruited Felix Fiennes as a salaried partner.

Fiennes joins from Colliers International where he was head of Central London lease advisory, prior to that he was a partner at H2SO.

In his new role Fiennes will work alongside existing partner Nick Powell in providing lease advisory and asset management advice to Bluebook’s expanding central London landlord and occupier client base.

His clients include Derwent London, DTZIM, Land Securities, CBREGi and LaSalle Investment Management. He also advises a wide range of private individuals, family offices, institutions and property companies on asset management initiatives.

Bluebook was launched two years ago by Chris Watkin, Nick Powell and Joe Fuller and is now seven fee earners strong. Earlier this year the company appointed Nick Shepherd as a non-exec advisor.

Nick Powell said: “Felix and I have worked together previously and we are delighted to be doing so again. His skill set and contact base will enable us to expand the first class asset management and lease advisory service we offer clients."

Rob Hayes, Colliers Central London Office Investment Co-Head, said: “We wish Felix the very best for the future and thank him for his contribution to the business. We have now restructured the team, which will be led by Directors Laura Beatson, Courtenay Gardener and Mark Masefield with associate, Helen Wallace.
