GN2 advises on spate of leasing deals

GN2, the London property agency business, has advised on a series of lettings in Central London, indicating market activity remains buoyant, particularly for the smaller units.

Mills Chody has taken 493 sq ft, the ground floor at Hinde Street Properties' 25 Manchester Square, W1 at a rent of £66.94 sq ft on a new 5-year lease with 3 months’ rent free up front.

Tenzing, the private equity firm has taken 1,843 sq ft on the third floor at Crown House, 143-147 Regent Street, W1 at £70 per sq ft, (to include service charge) and on a three year lease, with a rolling tenant-only six  month break. The landlord is The Crown Estate.  

PR Agency Spreckley Partners has taken on new London premises taking 1,782 sq ft, third floor 5-9 Hatton Wall, EC1 from landlord Midos Investments at a rent of £50 per sq ft,  on a new five-year lease, with seven months’ rent free.

Dynamo PR has sublet 1676 sq ft, fourth floor, 158-160 North Gower Street NW1 from CC Group, at a rent of £55 per sq ft on a new nine month sublease. Rent to commence day one.

Commenting on these deals, Julie Rees, Managing Partner of GN2, said: "Despite some overall market uncertainty, there is still demand from the smaller occupiers for good quality stock in central locations."
