GN2 branches into the Thames Valley

Gilroy Corporate Communications, advised by GN2, has relocated to larger premises in Basingstoke: taking 3,881 sq ft of the ground floor of the Pavilion, Viewpoint, Basing View from Business Environment Group, (advised by Baker Davidson Thomas).

This is on a new 5-year lease (no breaks) at a rent of £6 per sq ft and an eight months’ rent free incentive.

GN2 has also acquired new premises for Aspen Pharma in Maidenhead which has taken 3,629 sq ft, the first floor, 6 Bell Street, Maidenhead from Total Pension Trusteed UK, c/o LaSalle Investment Mgt (JLL) at a rent of £32.50 per sq ft.

This is on a new five-year lease with a tenant break in the third year, with 7.5 months’ rent free with a further 3.5 months’ rent free if break is not exercised. 

Julie Rees said: “Although GN2 has traditionally concentrated on Central London. we are increasingly being called upon to advise clients outside the capital particularly in the Thames Valley, where the markets remain active.”
