Optal Financial takes City space

On behalf of Oval Corporation, Savills has agreed a new letting to Optal Financial at 17 Moorgate, EC2 to support ongoing expansion in the building.

The authorised eMoney institution has signed a new 10-year lease across the third floor, paying £61.50 per sq ft (£662 sq m) and taking its total occupation in the building to 5,000 sq ft (465 sq m). The building is now fully let.

Josh Lamb, associate director in the central London office agency team at Savills, said: “The third floor, which had been fully refurbished to provide an efficient floor plate with excellent natural light, allowed Optal the convenience to expand to modern offices within its existing building. As such we were able to secure a strong rent.”

Optal Financial Ltd was unrepresented.
