The Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) has secured new headquarters on the South Bank after acquiring PwC's Union Street office building.

The 55,924 sq ft building at 10-18 Union Street will eventually house its 180 staff who will move from its existing Regent’s Park premises, 27 Sussex Place in late 2019.

RCOG is an international community of 16,000 obstetricians and gynaecologists in over 100 countries dedicated to improving women’s health.

Professor Lesley Regan, President of the RCOG, said: “We are delighted to have found a home which will safeguard and enhance the College for future generations and we look forward to completing the sale by the end of the year.”

CBRE acted for RCOG on the deal.  Matthew Prout, London Development, CBRE, said: “We have had the pleasure of advising RCOG on their real estate needs for several years. Securing RCOG a new headquarters is the final leg of this journey and we wish them every success in their new home as they continue to lead the way in improving women’s health.”
