Energy drinks firm Red Bull is set to end a long running search for a new London HQ having settled on a building in Covent Garden, CoStar News can reveal.

Red Bull has agreed terms to take the entire 37,000 sq ft of office space at CBRE Global Investors’ Seven Dials Warehouse.

Red Bull has been linked to numerous buildings in London over the last few months, including 65 Southwark Street, close to its 20,484 sq ft current headquarters at 155-171 Tooley Street, SE1, where it has a lease expiry in May 2019; and more recently Herbal House.

CBRE Global Investors announced earlier this year that it was to undertake a full scale redevelopment of Seven Dials Warehouse, 42-56 Earlham Street.

This building, which will offer 38,000 sq ft of prime office space, was once a Victorian brewery and a stationer’s warehouse. More recently is has been the headquarters of Facebook, Expedia and King.com.

The building was listed in 2002 as it is considered to be of national importance as a rare survival of an industrial warehouse in central London. It was given Grade II status. It comprises six floors and has a 3,000 sq ft roof terrace with panoramic views across London.

Bluebook and Colliers International are the leasing agents on Seven Dials Warehouse; DeVono Cresa acts for Red Bull.
