Amro appoints investment director

Amro Real Estate Partners has expanded its senior management team with the appointment of Jai Patel as Investment Director.

Patel will work closely alongside the firm’s managing director, Raj Kotecha, and will be responsible for originating and structuring debt and equity financing, investment appraisal and financial modelling for Amro Real Estate Partner’s transactions within the student accommodation, Build to Rent and residential investment property sectors.

Patel joins the real estate investment firm from ICG-Longbow, where he worked as manager within the real estate investment team. Other previous roles include a vice president role within the real estate and debt finance teams at Barclays and analyst positions held at HSBC and Lehman Brothers Asset Management.
