Bruce Gillingham Pollard recruits Bell for London restaurant and leisure leasing

Bruce Gillingham Pollard has recruited James Bell, formerly of CBRE, to its central London team, specialising in Landlord restaurant and leisure leasing.

Bell will be leading and developing some of Bruce Gillingham Pollard’s key London estates.

Bell said: “I am delighted to be joining Bruce Gillingham Pollard as they are a business I have enjoyed working alongside for a number of years, and I have long admired their innovative and forwardthinking approach.”

Bell has over nine years of experience in the industry, most recently in the CBRE central London team, working with a number of Landlord clients including The Crown Estate across its Regent Street Food & Beverage Portfolio, British Land across its Clarges Mayfair, Paddington Central and Regents Place campuses, Exemplar at Fruit and Wool Exchange, and more recently Yoo Capital at Olympia.

Bell has previously worked for Nash Bond and GVA for clients including Land Securities, Argent at King's Cross, Hermes, The Portman Estate and Market Tech.
