Mayfair opportunity comes to market

A private European investor is selling 16 Hanover Street, a mixed-use development opportunity close to Bond Street station in London's Mayfair.

Savills and Michael Elliott have been appointed to sell the building seeking in excess of £18.5m, equating to a capital value of £1,811 per sq ft.

The mixed-use building comprises 10,215 sq ft of stripped-out, vacant accommodation.

It has planning consent for an extension of the office element, and conversion of the lower floors to a restaurant (A3) use.

The consented office element includes six floors. The restaurant features private dining space at first floor level and round floor space.
