Landsec takes Time in Yorkshire

Landsec has appointed Time Retail Partners as joint leasing agent alongside JLL for its Yorkshire shopping centres, Trinity Leeds and White Rose.

Time Retail Partners will work alongside JLL, the existing agent for both schemes. Shelley Sandzer is the food and beverage leasing agents for Trinity Leeds. Time Retail Partners also acts as leasing agents for Landsec with regards to Bluewater in Kent and Southside in Wandsworth.

Trinity Leeds comprises 788,900 sq ft of retail. The shopping centre incorporates 120 stores, restaurants and entertainment venues, including the innovative Trinity Kitchen, which rotates six new street food vans every eight weeks. Leading retailers at Trinity Leeds include Apple, H&M, NYX and Victoria’s Secret, whilst the centre’s food and entertainment offering includes an Everyman Cinema, the Alchemist cocktail bar and restaurant, Brazilian Street Food concept, Cabana, premium British restaurant Crafthouse and Pintura.

Built in 1997, White Rose is a prime retail and leisure destination south of Leeds, comprising 814,500 sq ft of new retail, restaurant and entertainment space. In 2017, Landsec completed a significant investment to provide 65,000 sq ft of new leisure, food and beverage space at White Rose, which is now leased to dining operators including Wagamama, TGI Fridays, Pizza Hut, Five Guys, Limeyard and Chiquitos. The extension, named ‘the Village’, also includes an 11 screen Cineworld multiplex with IMAX which launched at the end of 2017. White Rose’s fantastic line up of retailers is anchored by Marks and Spencer, Debenhams, Next and Primark. Other retailers include River Island, Zara, Superdry, Lush Cosmetics, H&M, Boux Avenue and Disney.
