Apple regears on close to 70,000 sq ft at Stockley Park

US technology giant Apple has regeared its leases on circa 68,000 sq ft of offices spread across two buildings owned by Aviva Investors at Stockley Park in Heathrow.

Market sources said that Apple, advised by Cushman & Wakefield, has signed a seven year lease with a circa four and a half year break at 2 The Square where it occupies 14,354 sq ft and 2 Furzeground Way where it occupies 52,582 sq ft across three floors.

Battersea Power Station Development Company confirmed in September 2016 that Apple had agreed to lease 500,000 sq ft of office space within the historic power station in central London.

Apple will be the largest office tenant at Battersea Power Station occupying around 500,000 sq ft., across six floors of the central Boiler House inside the historic icon. Apple is expected to move into the Power Station in 2021.

Aviva was advised by BNP PRE. Cushman & Wakefield advises Apple.
