Oxford Nanoimaging takes 19,000 sq ft office

Oxford University Press has signed Oxford Nanoimaging (ONI) for 19,000 sq ft at Linacre House at Jordan Hill Business Park in Oxford.

ONI occupies 4,000 sq ft at Jordan Hill Business Park and has acquired the additional 19,000 sq ft on a five-year lease deal at £16.50 per sq ft from Oxford University Press.

Kevin Wood, Head of Lambert Smith Hampton’s Oxford who acquired the office, said: “I am delighted to have assisted ONI with the acquisition of their new HQ facility in Oxford. Their growth and success is yet another example of the dynamic Knowledge Economy sector in Oxford”

Linarce House will become ONI’s new HQ in the UK and is situated just to the north of the A40 Oxford Ring Road on the A4165 Banbury Road.

Richard Venables, Director at VSL & Partners and agent for landlords Oxford University Press said: “Jordan Hill Business Park is strategically located close to Oxford Parkway and Oxford City Centre and it’s great to see ONI expanding within Jordan Hill alongside other occupiers including Pearson and NAG Ltd.”
