CoStar Investment Agency League Tables 2017

JLL, Savills, DTRE and Eastdil Secured shared the spoils at the top of CoStar's investment agency tables for 2017 on what was a robust year for transactions. Click through to see which agents topped the CoStar charts for deals done.

JLL and Savills claimed the number one annual spots for a second year in a row.

After topping the quarterly tables three out of four quarters, JLL finished 2017 as the top sales agent after brokering almost £10bn worth of deals. Savills representation of the purchasers in some of the years biggest deals- the Leadenhall Building, Cannon Place, and Rathbone Square -helped it repeat its 2016 success.

CBRE also matched its 2016 placings by finishing second for sales and third for acquisitions. Meanwhile, JLL was second on the acquisition side and Eastdil completed the top three on the sales table.

Single branch agents

 

Eastdil topped the annual table again in 2017 after being involved in almost
£5bn worth of disposals. Their biggest deal of the year was the £1.28bn sale of 20
Fenchurch Street, EC3, in Q3. DTRE topped the acquisitions table this year, after
narrowly missing out last year, with a final figure of £812m. They also claimed
second place on the sales table, with Michael Elliott retaining their place in the
top three. Tudor Toone and M1 Agency finished second and third, respectively, on
the acquisition table.
