All the winners from the Thames Valley Property Awards

Lambert Smith Hampton, Vail Williams, JLL, Sharps Commerical, RARE and Schroders and Legal & General's Lexicon development in Bracknell and Slough were among the big winners at the recent Thames Valley Property Awards, sponsored by CoStar.

The Thames Valley Property Awards were hosted by The Business Magazine and partnered with Alexander Devine Children’s Hospice with the evening raising a total of £12,000 in aid of the charity.

The winners were:

Lambert Smith Hampton - Offices Consultancy of the Year

The award draws from CoStar data and is based on deal volumes and values.

The awards are given to the consultancies that have completed the highest total of commercial deals in the office sector across the region and the highest total by sq ft transacted during the 12-month period from January 2017 to February 28, 2018.

Nick Coote, Head of the Thames Valley for LSH collected the award and said: “This is now the 5th consecutive year that we have won at the Thames Valley Property Awards. Industrial/Logistics Consultancy of the Year 

Working with CoStar, this category uses objective information gathered from their extensive industry-leading database on deals within the Thames Valley region. The awards were given to the property consultancies that have completed the most industrial/logistics deals across the region and the highest total by sq ft transacted from January 2017 to February 28, 2018.
